
This incredible dish is one of my all time favourites and is so simple to make it's criminal.
Paprika and peppercorns combined with the freshness of chopped herbs gives this dish a unique spicy zing that is evened out by the addition of the creamy cheeses.
It's definitely one to try.
It does have a high fat content so it's not one to make every day BUT it is one to make for a treat and for those who enjoy cheese, like me, it's always a winner.
So, DON'T make this dish if:
You care too much about what you eat that it stops you from eating dishes, like this, that are way too yummy to enjoy.
DO make this dish if:
You love food and new food combinations, love to eat well but will eat salads and vegetables for the next couple of days to compensate for the excess of loveliness that you are about to consume.
