This is another quick and easy recipe that uses simple ingredients and results in amazing flavor.
A typical Southern Italian dish, this simple sauté is usually eaten alone or as a side dish with meat or fish.
I added pasta to my dish as I was serving it as a main and wanted some carbs.
I also added crumbled Feta instead of Parmesan which helped bring the whole thing together.
This dish doesn't take long at all to make so can be made last minute.
Other serving suggestions could be to stir in some Gnocchi for a fuller dish, serve on top of grilled slices of crusty bread rubbed with garlic or stir in some cream to make it a bit saucy.
Either way, it's versatile and can be used in many different ways.
