Chocolate lovers among you will be well aware of this yummy French dessert.
It's on menu's all over France and is a staple of many households especially when it's a special occasion.
The usual method of making Moelleux au Chocolat is quite involved and to be honest I don't have the patience to go there so I have adapted the recipe to make it quick and easy.
The result is a dense rich chocolate cake on the outside and gooey, soft almost lava like centre; chocolaty enough to satisfy anyones chocolate cravings.
