If you're looking for something a bit different or, like me, you don't fancy store bought don't-know-what's-in-it fritters then this recipe is for you. It's relatively easy to make and doesn't take ages. Once the ingredients are prepared it's a case of shaping and cooking.

Simple and easy are two words that are used a lot on my site and this recipe is no exception. It’s definitely both but does not lack in flavor in the slightest.

When it's cold outside light food isn't what your body craves. The body craves comfort food, whole food that will fill and warm you up and allow you to forget what's going on outside.

I can't lay claim to this recipe but after a recent trip to Asia the smell of cilantro, creamy coconut and zesty lime still linger strongly with me.
